Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater Fished this morning from 6:30 until 11am. Started in Vann's Tavern area and marked fish right away. Picked up two in 25 feet on a drop shot, then noticed fish in shallower water. Started casting a chartreuse shad crankbait across the point into the east wind and picked two nice keepers on successive casts. On the third cast I got overzealous and hung it on a stump and couldn't get it to pop off...end of crankbait and crankbait fishing...LOL. Moved down to the next point and fish were shooled up pretty good and busting on top. Caught three on a sammy, but none were magnums. Picked up another 3 on drop shot and headed back to the ramp. Drop shot fish were caught on spotsticker RC watermelon pearl. Best five might have made 12lbs. Tight lines....FF<><
