Date Fished: 7/18/2008 Water Temperature: 86 I spent the day today up river starting with top water early and then hunting some bigger fish than yesterday. Fishing was good with bites over time that produced around a best 5 stringer of 17 lbs. You had to work for the bites but after it was done it was another pretty good day on Guntersville. We started out working on top near some grass mates, then moved to the ledges and points finding fish in several locations. We flipped Tigh-Line Jigs, fished Mister Twister 11 inch worms and pulled crank baits over scatter grass. Biggest fish today was 4.8 lbs. and had several between 3 and our biggest bite. Another good day another memorable day on Guntersville, Come fish with me! I have the 23rd, 24th, and 25th open this up coming week!
