Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater Went back out with a friend of mine yesterday morning before all the pleasure boaters got on the water for the holiday. We had a slower then normal day for the Chick but still managed some nice ones. First stop was a spring area and it yeilded nothing for us. The second area was a series of docks and it yeilded two nice keepers. A three lber on a spook(pic) and another 2.1 lber on a 10 inch worm. We decided to try out on the main lake and we hit some humps just off the river. Found the bass on the edge of the river just off the main channel working on shell bed humps. Managed a 3.3 lber, a 2.4 lber and a couple other nice ones. In all we boated at least a dozen bass with eight over 15 inches. The best five stringer would have been 13.1 lbs. Not a bad day to be out on the lake. We left about 11:30 right as the nuts were showing up and the lake started getting bad. C-ya on the water. Jmax
