  Subject: Jordan Lake, North Carolina

Submitted by enb101 (ip 24.163.74.58)

Date Fished: 8/30/2008
Water Temperature: 82
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

On 30 Aug 08, I fished from 530am to 12pm. Only one hit all day off rip-rap wall near bridge at Ebenezer Ramp using a plastic worm. I fished near the ramp, then went down the lake toward New Hope Ramp and fished the drop off's. I was mostly using soft plastic, but I also threw, a crank, spinner, and buzz bait. I'm not sure if the lake level being up affected the fish, or just my technique. This was my first time to Jordan so any advice would be helpful. I.E. where should you fish, what type of structure, lures, etc. I may try agian next weekend if the weather holds up. Did anyone else have any luck this past weekend? Thanks...
