Water Clarity: 0 Who is Bill Carson? I see that he is doing a seminar at BPS on September 13. Attendance will be low-first day of archery season. I tried to go to a fishing seminar in the Spring-Drove 1 hour to get there and when I asked 7 employees where the seminar would be held? None of them knew anything about the seminar. The fishing department manager was one person that I asked and he was clueless also. To date since April 7 I have spent $8,245 on outdoor items-Needless to say BPS has not seen any of that money..
