Date Fished: 9/5/2008 Just got off the water with a couple of great folks out of South Alabama, we fished a short trip and just about exclusively fished top water. It was sunny and hot when we put in, not much breeze either and the top water bite was a little slower than its been. We caught some fish, maybe missed a few more than we boated but nothing big. Had a good time, fishing over grass in the mid part of the lake we worked grass creeks areas, and edges looking for that big top water bite but never found the big fish. A little slow, but fun we boated maybe 12 fish, and had a good time of it. Come fish with me I have days available for you!
