Date Fished: 9/10/2008 Water Temperature: 81 As I mentioned in my previous post, the night bite has been tough for me this summer. However, last night was the bite was pretty strong. Before I hit the lake last night I called a guy in my club to see if he was interested in going. He was up for it but we kind of got a late start on the water. The 1st area we hit was an area with not much brush but has a lot of stumps. This produced a slot and an over. We hit a gravel point close by and landed another slot that was right on the bank in some very shallow water. From there we fished another area with stumps and brush landing another over and 2 or 3 more slots. By this time it was getting kind of late and we hit a rocky bank that I wanted to try before coming in. This landed us 3 more overs on almost 3 consecutive casts. We eased down the bank a little further and boated our 6th over of the night. We were out for about 2 1/2 hours and we pretty much got bites where ever we were on a lot of different types of structure. The fish we caught were caught on worms and SB.
