Date Fished: 9/15/2008 Water Temperature: 79 We put in today at 10am for a late trip, I must say the cool day and north wind sure felt good. The bass responded real well. It took a while to find a pattern but when we did it paid off with a lot of opportunites, several good fish, and good numbers. I fished today with a couple of guys getting ready for a tournment in a couple of weeks and they had a blast. We put about 17 lbs. best five in the boat. We caught fish all day long, and most of them came on the top water bite which is always a lot of fun. Just a great day with some fine folks. I fished the mid to upper part of the lake, fished over grass and fished mainly in 5 to 9 feet of water. Did catch a few fish on a Mister Twister lizard also.
