Water Clarity: 0 This is not a fishing report but I need some information about the Pell City Civic Center Lakeside Park ramp. We are having a big open tournament with our meeting at the Civic Center on Friday night and a tournament out of their ramp the next morning. Our tournament date is on March 14th. I need some local guys or a home owner to let me know if there enough water to put boats in at the Civic Center ramp in early March.
