Date Fished: 9/17/2008 Water Temperature: 81 My customers today were some new comers from the BRAC alignment to Hunstville. They had never bass fished, and had very little experience at all. So we started out with the basics of working top water baits, setting the hook and working the bait. A little practice makes perfect, as they mastered the sport enough to have some fun and catch some bass on top! We had many opportuities on top, hooked several fish, brought some to the boat, some half way to the boat and missed several. Before it was over we ended with a good day as the day was fairly active, some dead time but not a lot. They ended putting several fish in the boat! We fished up river most of the time, working grass from 3 to 10 feet fishing top water exclusively. I have days available for you!
