Date Fished: 9/16/2008 Fished out of Ft. Washington for the first time ...and did very well with top water. A 3/8 oz. white buzz bait, and a tiny torpendo in frog color did the trick. Fished the top edge and then a falling tide on a cloudy morning. Started out in the grass by the launch area, then fished the lilly pads up to the edge of the creek and finally went up about a 1/3 - 1/2 mile before heading back out. Last stop was the rock point / light house area about 2:30 and used a fire tiger crank bait to get a couple. Total was about 20-ish fish. Biggest was a bit over 4 pounds with lots in the 2 - 2.5 pound range. All very chunky and healthy looking. Great day on the water and can't wait to come back, even if it was 10 bucks for the ramp fee. tight lines all, pete
