Water Clarity: 2-3 feet We are finding good bass on topwater poppers during low light conditions around shallow marsh banks and over shallow grass beds. Frogs will draw strikes throughout the day. The spinnerbait bite was good throughout the week also,white baits with tandem willow blades in gold and silver working well for us. Shallow diving crank baits such as a bandit 100 worked slowly just under the surface of the water will draw solid strikes. Plastic worms, craws, jig and craws also are productive. We found warmer water in the main stem and at the mouths of the creeks and the higher tides seemed to be better for
us.
