Date Fished: 10/15/2008 I have fished several evenings in the last couple of weeks. Bite has been varried which is typical for this lake. Most fish caught just before dusk. Some days hardly no bite at all but 1 out of 3 days has been OK. I have had most luck on TR worm thown into the nastiest laydowns and if you have ever fished Kerr Scott you know what I mean. Have had some luck on SB and largest fish have come from rolling a SB across those laydowns. Most fish have been in the 1.5 to 3 lb range with a few around 4 lbs. I have seen several nice fish very shallow, but no bite on them. Fish seem to be holding very close to cover, and a few out in 6 to 8 ft of water.I would be curious to know if anyone has had any luck with a CB bite, because I have had none. Most fish caught have been LM, very few Spots except for some dinks.
