Date Fished: 11/15/2008 North Carolina Bassmasters held its Nov tournament Sat. on Kerr Lake. We had light rain for the first hr or so with mostly cloudy the rest of the day, the wind was a major blow, but did not hinder the fishing too much as everybody stayed in the Grassy Crk area. Fish were being caught mostly on crankbaits, C-rigs and finese worms around 2-10 ft deep. 1st: five fish 7.16; 2nd: three fish 4.02; 3rd: three fish 3.94 North Carolina Bassmasters is a TBF federated club that meets the second Monday of each month and fishes the following Saturday. Our tournament schedule starts in March and finishes in November. Our next meeting will be Dec 8. We are a small club looking to expand membership.
