Old Lake Bassmasters held its April club tournament in preparation for the TBF regional tournament on Buggs on the 18th. Fish were certainly behind schedule for the time of year. Water temperatures ranged from 54 degrees on the south side of the side of the lake early in the morning to 63 degrees later on in the day on the North side of the lake.

1st, 2nd and 3rd were all in the 8lb range. Big fish was 4.5lbs. Most fish were caught on spinner baits, worms and crankbaits. Some int the bushes with a bigger concentration of keepers seeming to come from the banks between cuts. There were lots of small fish reported up shallow and back in the cuts.
