Date Fished: 8/23/2009 Went fidhing yesterday from 6 am until 1 pm trying to get a topwater bite. Had two fish miss then tryed the crankbait and the carolina rig, ended up catching 20 fish and missed that many with the biggest being a 3lb head. Had two in the 4 to 6 lb range get off. Fish were schooling all day long saw some nice 4 to 5 lb schoolers. The fishing should get real good in the next two to three weeks.
