Fished Jordan yesterday to see how the bite was and did not see any fish on beds did catch some in front of grass swimming a t-rigged pumpkin lizard through to the outside caught three keepers this way then changed up to a shakey head zoom black 4" trick worm in 9-12ft water and hooked a Jordan football hawg weighed 7.5lbs and it had some pulling strength ripping drag like i was in free spool took me a few to get her in she was healthy! Caught another short fish a few casts later and about 100 yards down the bank from where i caught the big girl i hooked into another keeper about 3.8lbs all in all did very well for only being on the water 2hrs then my cable broke on my trolling motor and had to call it a day! Good luck on Friday to you all. Used green pumpkin tx rigged lizards with 1/8 oz weight pegged swimming through grass! Black zoom trick worm 4" on a 1/8 oz head in 9-12ft along deep banks.
