Fished Harris from 1730 until the thunderstorm about 2000. Lots of boat traffic, including some really huge rigs. The lake level is still decreasing. Lots of rocks makes pulling up to the Hollaman's launch tricky on the side. Still enough water to launch for the average folks. Boat traffic had the water stained for the first 10 feet out from the bank, but the fish seemed to be deeper, further out, than that. Started off fishing steep banks on east side of lake across from the park. Picked up three in the 2-3 lb range on a T-rigged worm. All in about 8-10 feet of water. Moved down the lake and fished a secondary point. Boat was in 20-22 feet of water throwing a C-rig up into 6-8 and slow dragging it back out. Caught the final fish there about 4 lbs. When the lightning started it was time to go. Drove right through the worst of the rain. By the time everyone picked up the storm was past. Looked like several going out right at dark. I'll try agian next week. I think the morning topwater bite is better. Need a full moon and start time about 0400.
