  Subject: Occoquan Resevoir, Virginia

Submitted by Gerry, BFHP

Date Fished: 4/7/2011
Water Temperature: 52
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

Had a really good morning on the lower end of the lake. I found fish in the emerging grass, on the wood, and on the points. Some of the fish were right up against the bank others were coming up out of 10 ft or more of water. So I guess the pattern is their all over the place.

It was a good spinnerbait bite until about 9:30 then I fell back on Wacko's.

Gerry is the creator and editor of the Bass Fishing Home Page. He frequently fishs the Virginia's Occoquan Resevoir and Potomac River.
