  Subject: Potomac River, Virginia

Submitted by Redneck Fisherman (ip 140.139.35.250)

Date Fished: 4/9/2011
Water Clarity: 6 inches

Fished above the bridge over the Potmac River, on route 340, west of Brunswick, Maryland. Caught one 25" probably a 5 to 6 pound smallmouth and a 15" smallmouth. These bass were caught on a 4" brown grub with 1/4oz leadhead, close to the shore line. What a way to start a new season of Potmac River fishing.
