Date Fished: 8/25/2012 Out today after a couple weeks off the water. Started with the deep stuff that was working last time out. No luck after the first couple of hours so I headed to a creek. Hooked up at my first stop and pulled a wolf pack of 10 or so spots to the boat. Fish came off shallow wood and hit a popper. I ran this pattern for the rest of the morning. Ended up with 8 total. Every one I caught had ad least one friend with him. Felt good to be back shallow and away from the boat traffic.
