  Subject: Lake Livingston, Texas

Submitted by T. Bass (ip 209.240.216.88)

Date Fished: 2/14/2000
My son and I fished upper Livingston, Whiterock and Canney creek area north of 356 bridge on Friday, Saturday and early Sunday morning. We caught a number of huge white bass on large 3/4 oz. spinner baits while fishing for blacks. We lost our interest in blacks as the whites were so large ( up to 3lbs.). We fished the mouth of creeks and switched to main lake points. Doing well in both places. We didn't catch any small whites. We managed to pick up several blacks but they were not nearly as aggressive as the whites.
