Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater Yes I SKUNKED on Russell in the club tournament on Saturday,,, BUT.... My grandson, Gray Davis (14 years old in May), from Atlanta came visiting and wanted to go fishing. Was going to the HILL but a friend suggested I take him to Russell where he (my fishing buddy Sam)had caught some fish on Saturday to win our tournament. So we arrived at Elbert Landing at 10:30 we left the landing to come home at 2PM. By 11AM we had two Largemouth in the boat. He kicked my behind..... I caught 2 fish and he caught 6, all off the same hole. We fished nowhere else, I caught one (2.5lber) on a #8 Blueback//white belly/Orange throat Shadrap. All the rest were caught on spinnterbaits. I estimate the total weight of these 8 fish at about 18 to 20 pounds. They were absolutely beautiful and full of eggs. Tight lines.... Retiredguy
