Water Clarity: 0 Ran upstream of the Decatur Boat Harbor about 8-10 miles. Fished south side of the river. Caught 17 spotted bass (maybe 2 or 3 would measure). Most fish grabbed the bait on the fall from the initial cast. However, 3 took the bait on the fast reelback to the boat. Only fished a 3 1/2" tube - smoke with red/black glitter. Threw the tube for a while at the grass in front of the boat harbor and caught 3 measuring largemouth before calling it a day.
