Water Clarity: 0 Had a fedaration tourny as well as a club this weekend. Had an awesome time. I pre-fished on thursday and did well...had several quality fish..So i knew sat. and sun things would go well if the pattern held up. I had ma limit by 10 in the morning sat..with a kicker fish that went alil under 6 pounds (which turned out to be the big fish for the day). I had boat problems, and had to get another boat to carry ma partner and fish to the way in...We didnt place..but the big fish payed for ma trip at least...Sunday was a different story all together....The wind was blowing in on ma creek..So the tide never really got low..at that was to the key to ma pattern..So I didnt do so well..I had only four fish with one barely going three pounds..I was throwing a crankbait (white/black glitter back) all weekend long...Keying on grass was the ticket...when the tide was low the bait fish moved up..and the bass were on the drops waiting to pounce...Despite ma boat problems it was a good trip. and Im looking forward to next year and hitting ma Fav creek.
