Date Fished: 7/21/2000
Water Temperature: 89
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

Today Lee Norman and his daughter Stephanie and son William came to fish with me from Houston. The fishing was better than I thought it would be because of the full moon and hot temperature we've been having. The first fish of the day was a 4 pound 6 oz caught by Stephanie on a bull frog chug bug over the grass. At 7:00 AM we started fishing the deep side of humps on the south end of the lake, using Texas rig worms and wacky worms, plum, plum-apple and red bug. The biggest fish of the day was a 5 pound 8 oz caught by Lee on a Texas rig plum worm. We ending the morning with 12 keepers and 2 throw-backs. If you would like to book a trip, call me at 409-698-9713 or email me johnpresley@hotmail.com
