Date Fished: 11/24/2000
Water Temperature: 40
Water Clarity: 0

Fished Wilson, Nov 24 Minooka park area. Scouted the upper end of wilson for stripers and didn't find many. Caught 1 striper, 2 nice wallye 5 and 7 lbs. one largemouth 5 lbs. and a few whites. Water temp is around 40 degrees and the shad in this area are hanging tight on the breaks 16 to 24 feet. I was breaking in a new motor so I didn't run to the deeper water to see if the stripers had moved that way. It was a nice day with hardly any wind and lots of boats on the water, mostly walleye fishing.
