Water Clarity: 6 inches went fishing on 12-01-2000 at lake pleasant to try out a new spinner bait.put in about 1:00pm and went to coles bay,weather was overcast but calm.water was 60 Degs.talked to a guy in coles that said he caught a 11 pounder there the day befor on a white spinner bait slow rolled on the bottom in about 14 feet of water.i don't know whats going on right now,but the whole lake is covered in green slim.it appears to be a alge bloom but i thought alge blooms occured because of the heat.can anybody tell me what this is? could this be caused by lake turnover? anyway,i did catch a nice bass on my new spinner so i was happy with that.the weather started to get nasty so i left after only about 1 hour of fishing.better than nothing!!!
