Water Clarity: 1 foot It was a tough bite facing post cold-front conditions, and since it's a very shallow lake with no cover, but private docks for the
bass to hide out around. I fished three days catching one each day. Day 1, I caught a 13" LM Bass throwing a wacky-rigged 5"
chartreuse Senko around a dock in 2ft of water. Day 2, I caught a 15.5" LM Bass using a 1/4oz black jig w/ a 3" rootbeer
twintail yammamoto grub around another dock in 4ft of water. Then on day 3, I caught a 14.5" throwin' a 3/8oz black/blue
rattlin' jig w/ a 4" black/blue flake colored twintail yammamoto grub in the shade of a tree. There were three other guys goin' for
bass that I saw on all the same days I was out, and none of them had even gotten a bite. My tip, I'd go with a bulky jig-n-pig in
that muddy water. Threw nearly everything in my tackle box, and those are the only fish I caught. In muddy water, it's all about
water displacement and big jig-n-pigs move a lot of water (and a wacky rigged senko moves more water than a regular rigged
senko d:o)
