Got out yesterday at 1600 hours and stayed till dark. Caught large bb's and headed up to River Forks area. Did see a small amount of surface activity although all appeared to be bass or white bass and not stripers. Had the same experience as Mr. Fontaine in that the smaller fish were attacking my bait but the baits were too big for them to swollow. Managed to catch 2 bass in the 14-15" range and 1 white. Stripers must be headed up river sensing springs arrival with the much needed rains.

Tight lines! Bill Carson <")))><
