Date Fished: 5/3/2001
Water Temperature: 70
Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater

Fished the rock the 3rd thru the 6th. best fishing i've had there in 5 years. had 40 + fish a day w/ an average of 10 keepers. most of the fish came on grubs or french fry. fished gravel banks from aunts creek to big cedar. also fished up the james on the 5th w/ guide gary martin boated over 50 fish w/ 15 keepers using finesse worm on 1/8th oz. jig head. big thanks to gary. grub & french fry fish were in 12-20'. lake is mossy & clear so swimming grub is easiest way to catch lots of fish. good luck!
