Submitted by wes cassell (ip 24.158.118.73)

Date Fished: 5/29/2001
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

Put out at Dandridge and fished a rodeo from 6pm to 10pm. We couldnt get them to touch anything but texas rigged lizards and worms. The fish seemed to be anywhere from 10 to 20 feet deep. I heard the crankbait bite was picking up so i threw a DB3 til my arm fell off but had no takers. We ended up with 4 fish weighing 5.3lbs, took 7lbs and somethin to win with only 2 and a half pounds taking the big fish. I also fished sunday night before memorial day til about 1am and caught 21 anywhere from 12 to 14 inches long on texas rigged lizards and couldnt buy a fish the next morning. Fishin is really slow down there during the day but it cant do anything but get better. If anybody is catchin anything let me know.
