Water Clarity: 2-3 feet First time fishing Floyd. Tried the same pattern with crank bait and scored a couple nice Northerns. Switched to a clown colored skitter pop and the bas came alive. Ben and I fished for an hour and 10 minutes and stayed 500' of the ramp and caught 19 largemouths with the largest just under 4lbs. The fish were all holding about 2' off of the lilly pads and on every drop next to the reeds. Like clockwork they would nail it on the second or third pop in the water. We also scored 3 more northerns in the mix and two nice pumpkinseeds. Tight lines Reelguy
