Fished the Snake river for smallmouth's and man are they hitting! Casts just outside the main current where it's slower. The bass are hanging out by the rocks. Using soft plastics, grubs with skirts to be exact, Texas rigged. Best success with green / pumpkinseed. Fished between Melba - Nampa. Very windy conditions but that did'nt stop the bite. Big Bass too. Six pounders were being caught. Best of luck to you all.
