  Subject: Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota

Submitted by Glenn

Date Fished: 4/23/2002
Water Temperature: 50
Water Clarity: 2-3 feet

Crappies are slowly starting to move up. Got 2 limits+, and 70% were females. Weight ranged from 1/2lb to 1-1/4lb. Water level appears up, but not too high, and air temp about 60. Got them in 3-5ft of water, 1.5ft under a bobber, using an unpainted 1/32oz jig, with a yellow tube and tipped with a minnow. This was in a black bottom bay, along a reed shore.
