Water Clarity: 1 foot Fished small club tourney on 5/17-5/19. Started friday prefishing in Lynn Creek working shallows with T-rigged lizard and caught 2 in about 45 minutes. Then the bottom fell out the sky. Didn't get back on the water to practice. Saturday fished all day, shallow and around boat docks, with only 6 short fish to show for it. Other members all weighed at least one fish and 2 had limits, biggest string was just over 11lbs for the first day. Sunday I tried some different areas with a Super Pop'R. 2nd cast I caught the big bass of the tourney at just under 5lbs. I continued to get hook ups until about 8:20am jumping off 3 decent keepers. I had 4 good keepers by 8:00, working shallows with duckweed and hydrilla. About 11:00am I pulled my 5th fish on a chart. trap in the same area. All these fish came from less than 3 feet of water.
