Water Clarity: 0 Linesides and I Went up the Etowah River to the low head dam at 3:00 pm. We fished the slow deeper water about 200 yards from the dam with only one short strike but failed to hookup. Just before dusk, we moved to the dam, casting brim into the turbulent white water just below the dam. During the last 30 minutes of safe light we scored on three stripers (8, 6, 6)lbs which made the trip completely worth while. A couple of other guys were casting shiners into the white water with similar good luck. Note, the Army Corp or Engineers at Allatoona Dam were not generating today. Looking forward to a return trip in the near future. Good luck to all.
