I went up to Freeman lake the other night. It was a full moon night. I tried a lot of different rigs but what seamed to work best was a 5" black & purple eel with a big yellow eye, fished on a Texas rig with a small worm sinker. I caught a number of Bass in the 1/2 pound to pound an a 1/2 class. About dark I hooked into 2 really big fish. One I landed, one I lost in the weeds. The one I landed was about 5 lbs. & 22" long. The one that got away was a monster, if it was a Bass. But it could have been a Pike or Musky as I didn't see it. I've been trying to catch a Pike or Musky out of there but so far I've been skunked. I'm always looking for people to fish with that have some experience in this area . If ya wanna wet a line with me sometime email me at hoodoo2@supersat2.net
