Water Clarity: 0 Fished Casitas this weekend, 2 days. 5 Fish, nice fish none of the giants this lake holds, some call it the Valley of the Giants. Water is kinda off color compaired to how it usually is here, 58 and up to 61 degrees thru the day. Water is down 24 ft. Good time to get out and scout some humps and shore line while it is down. Got my fish 1 on a crank bait, 1 dropshot, 3 on a Don Iovino starburst jig brown and rhythem and blues. Have had really good luck with his jig as has my tourney partner George Adkins. I threw Big Baits 90% of the time, and I can tell it, arms,back,legs all sore, but sure is fun seeing huge fish crusing he shore. Should be better as time gos.
