Water Clarity: 2-3 feet Fished Saturday with long time fishing buddy Justin and my two boys. Got on the water about 7:00am with several other boats. Fishing was slow at first but got better when I hooked a 4lb + on a Texas rigged Roboworm Oxblood w/ R&B Flake. Continued on and Justin nabbed a 5lb on the same pattern. Both fish were caught and released in about 30 to 40 feet of water. Took off to the other side of the lake and thats when we got pulled over by California's finest. Appartently the life vest age in Cali is 12. No problem right, we have vest's but they are rated for 90lb people and my twins are only 84lbs. After checking licenses he instructed us that we would have to leave the lake. That's right folks kicked off the lake by the man. Watch your ass when out there so your day dosent get cut short. Went and fished the dam after but to no avail. Had a great time and it should continue to get better as we move closer to Spring
