Water Clarity: 4 feet or greater Got on lake around 10:00am out of South Cove. Fished area about 3/4 way back in creek that had suspended bait from 2 foot under the surface to 20' deep. Actually thought depth finder was mis-reading until I started seeing the bait flashing just below the surface. Only was able to boat 2 small keepers using drop shot rig with 4" green pumkin finesse worm. Actually stayed insame area until 4:30pm. Tried jerkbaits, crankbaits, flukes, light carolina rig, spoons, with no success. Used Aqua-view camera in 25' to 35' of water and area was full of fish. Some were suspened just below the bait only 3' to 4' deep and more fish were on just about any structure or brush you came across. Get frustrating when you actually see the fish and can't get them to bite.
