SUBJECT: Bama rig

Submitted by Jr (66.110.212.34) from GEORGIA on

I have seen some posts talking about a bama rig. I've fished in Georgia for nearly 50 years and have never heard of it. Can anyone explain what a "Bama" rig is?
Thanks guys,
J.R.

  1. Alex from GA (66.168.200.77) from GEORGIA says Bama rig.
It's a top water plug, usually a chuger, with a small feather jig tied on the back of the top water with a 12-18" leader.

    Thanks for the reply.
