I have my 7 y.o nephew and his Dad coming to town this weekend from Indiana and I plan on hitting Sinclair, but haven't been over in a couple months. Anyone know what the fish are doing right now? The kid loves to fish (and is pretty darn good - Usually outfishes his Dad, which I always find amusing) and I would really like to get him a chance to catch a few. He only bass fishes and refuses to use live bait which tickles me even more....my kind of kid. I'm pretty familiar with the Little River and Rooty Creek areas so pattern and bait advice should give me a good start. Any help would be appreciated.

I fished the "Old Timers" tournament Sat. We caught several short fish and weighed three keepers. All were caught from boat docks with brush on Green Pumpkin worms. A friend of mine weighed in 4 fish and he said he lost 3 good fish throwing a Super Fluke in Albino shad color around wood. Hope this helps.
