SUBJECT: # 2812: Billy Pate Bonefish fly reel repair

does anyone know of a good place to send out a fly reel to have it serviced/repaired? I have a Billy Pate Bonefish where the drag does not go into freespool for retreiving line, the drap pressure is maintained in both directions. Any ideas what might be the problem? I disassembled the reel and lubricated/cleaned it and reassembled it according to the diagram. any info would be greatly appreciated.
