Rules:
1. Registered user names are a privilege, not a right.
2. Registered user handles consist of a name followed by your user number.
3. Subscriptions take priority over free registrations. This means anyone claim a handle by subscribing!
4. User names and handles shall not be used to harass, intimidate, insult, or mis-use others posting messages or followups on the fishing reports or message boards. Handle that are used for harassment may be revoked or suspended at any time by WMI or its appointed representatives.
5. User names and handles shall not be used to post disruptive or annoying messages. Handles that are used to post disruptive or annoying messages may be revoked or suspended at any time by WMI or its appointed representatives.
6. WMI reserves the right to remove any messages or handles whose content is judged inappropriate (for any reason) for publication on our pages.
7. Simple user names, handles, and subscriptions shall not be used to solicite commercial business or as an advertising media. (Commercial handles and advertising are available.)
8. All registered names (the name that appears on the message board) are first come, first served.
9. User names and handles may be revoked or suspended at any time by WMI or its appointed representatives.
10. Individuals can register more then one handle, but we limit one free registration per email address.
11. Any handle that is used inappropriately may be revoked or suspended at any time by WMI or its appointed representatives.
