On behalf of your United States Justice Foundation,(USJF), I respectively requested a reversal of the trial court judgement sustaining the Respondents' "demurrer," which means that the defendant in a case does not dispute the truth of the allegations in the lawsuit, but claims that there are not sufficient legal grounds to justify the court granting relief.
At issue is the eligibility requirements of Barack Hussein Obama to serve as president of the United States of America.
I wonder if they will allow it to come to trial this time?
