SUBJECT: 10yrs of taxes for 6rs of coverage.. the bigger question

If they pass this turd. And taxes get raised to start putting money away for when these benefits start kicking in 3 years out.....
Does that money go into the general fund? What is stopping them from spending that money prior to benefits kicking in?
Or are we calling this a lockbox? Like SS?
