SUBJECT: engine identification

I am hoping for help in identification of an outboard twin that I picked up. There is an operaters plate that tells me that it is a Champion Blue ribbon. The only numbers that I could find is 4K305951 on the frame and 4k212 on the block with 225 on the head. The only mechanical issues that I can see is the mixture screw does not appear to be the original and wanders leaner or richer just from the vibrations from the engine.
