SUBJECT: Youth in Fishing

Hi! Am compiling stories for a pamhplet titled "Youth in Fishing," that is geared towards teaching kids how to fish and encouraging youngsters to go fishing. Would gladly be interested in people sending me their fishing stories on:

1) fishing as a kid

2) teaching kid/s to fish

3) staying out of trouble when fishing (if appropriate :) )

4) Favorite fishing partner/fishing hole/scary fishing story

and other memories that would be appropriate for "youth in fishing."

Hope to complete the report by the end of the year, and it will be available (postage cost only) by website (details to follow).

   Hello Angie, I have a five year old daughter that has been fishing with me for a couple of years now and is really getting good. Just after she turned four I started working with her in the back yard casting at different objects (the same way I learned). It didn't take long and she was really enjoying it, we spend two-three afternoons a week doing this. Just read your report and thought this may help. Good luck.
