I was wondering if anybody has made hard plastic lures. I have a lure design that I carved out of wood and want to make a few plastic lures out of the master. Just a fun winter project....

I also carve and build lures the cost of having a plastic mold to be made has found out to be exetreme and not profittable if producing a few, use calibers and exact meassuring tools to duplicate your lures out of basswood or my favorite a tough local supply of cedar red and white, floats very well cast even better than the balsa wood and stands up to big fish {strippers,redfish,pike) I like to talk to you about making hand craftedbaits that i sell for $20+
